The Bugs forum thread is not just for reporting bugs to the administration. It is intended to solve technical problems encountered in the game. Before creating a topic, you should check to see if there is a topic with the bug that you want to report. In order to report bugs or glitches, you can create a new thread instead of writing in the existing threads. Topics with the title Bug, Glitch will not be considered. Try to put a brief description of your problem in the title of the topic. If the problem described above occurred on another account, be sure to specify the account where it occurred.

I'll start going through these to help clean up. Changes are grammatical errors/sentence restructure to properly make sense in English.

FAS
Fleet Autosave System allows you to hide a fleet from planet attacks of enemies up to a certain limit. The development of special buildings, technologies and Protector can increase the limits of fleet points which automatically avoids combat when the FAS is on. If the FAS limit is not enough, you can hide the small civil (auxiliary) fleet. You can not hide flagships at all. The system turns off automatically:- if your own fleet landed at the planet a minute ago (disabling affects only the fleet which has returned within 1 minute), - if a player is inactive for more than 28 days
Neural Core
The management of the swarm is made from a single brain center that can transmit energy of the ruling lords. Qualitatively new stage in the development of the neural core always requires a much higher quantity of resources than before but each new level increases the ability. The neural core produces energy and controls the swarm outside of the planet. Each level of the neural core increases the maximum number of swarms sent into space by 2, reduces the time of mutation of units (buildings, defence, Navy), reduces the time of development of new evolutions. The neural core starting with level 7 becomes very large and stands out above the planet's surface.
FleetcrashDue to the constant emission of a short psionic waves and the impact on the psyche, the Neural core is able to motivate their actions. If one of these waves passes through the ship, the crew goes mad and kills itself and the ship. The ability has a range of 16,000 from the planet on which 7 neural core the is.
Acts on the fleets of other races while on any mission to a destination planet in range of a level 7 Neural Core. The likelihood in each particular fleet is 1%. The amount of ships which can be destroyed at one time is equal tol 16000 / [distance to the planet with a neural core level 7]First wave begins to act on the smaller vessels. The risk of losing the ship or flagship increases if there aren’t any small ships or battle passes close to a planet with a neural core level 7. Not valid when fleets flying through the range. The ability is summed up at the approach of several neural core level 7s while fleet comes to the planet in range of fleetcrash.
