decided to check the game today but sadly some issues concern me

1. multiple accounts r everywhere and ppl dont even try to hide it which means game has no auto detect for repeated IPs at all

2.since its an Ogame replica not starcraft, it should say so somewhere when u start.

3. with the way forums r.....r there any admins actually still available?

There is an automated detection system, but it works only for accounts of the same race. Up to 3 accounts of different races are allowed.


This game is built upon XNova engine, which is freely distibuted. It's neither OGame nor Starcraft replica, but it is heavily influenced by the latter indeed.

The main staff isn't English-speaking, but this doesn't mean that English server is abandonned.

the multi accounts i referred to were both zerg and both close in rank ....another guy had 2 terran.....so i think the auto detect is not up to speed i guess

and i am starting to realize the game isnt english friendly since ingame chat and all alliances seem russian( eastern european do show up).....i had thought NET server was english speaking but all i saw was russian with british flags!!!

I don't know in detail how does automated system work, but if someone is suspected in multi-accounting, he can be checked manually.

okay... upon reading this i tried to created a terran account, but couldn't register it, as it said my email is already in use... then i used my phone number and it worked... now the strange thing is... this account (my main) became it's tutor, so basically i am my own tutor with my second account... which to me seems to be somewhat wrong, is it not? especially since i didn't even reach the 25k-points yet...

btw. i hope this info is not outdated, else i will delete the terran account asap. of course...

But if you actually use more than one account i suppose some kind of special ruleset applies to these 3 accounts, does it not? Something like... dunno... no interactions between them (e.g. no attack, resource exchange or something like this)?

You can organize resource exchange between your accounts but if it is not regular, rare.
It is forbidden to use other accounts for the development of the basic one (pumping). This includes any transfer of resources, including attack or through other means which have no strategic reasons at the discretion of administration or agents.

i can only asume he's got more nombers behind it.

Is usage of 1 acc to help defend the other in battle considerd multi accounting?
cous people use 1 account to mass up resources and draw raiders in. and with the other account waiting they just recycle the attacking fleet. tell me why that could not be forbidden?
