my Credit card is going to expire in the next months. My Premium is one of the older ones, means it is being directly charged from the credit card and not paid ingame with HC.

I want to continue my Premium and I don't want to lose my benefits collected so far.

What is required to have Premium continue without interruption? After unsuccessful payment, is it going to switch to HC payment? Is it enough to have 1200 HC on my account? Or is there anything else I can / must do?

Cubic, upon the expiry of your premium you will need to enter in new card details and purchase it via the new way ill see if we can get the paid one put back in as the hc at 1200 is more expesive than current premium charged directly to card

what you say is that the month the card expires a new dialog will appear in the premium section? And then I change my credit card information?

Because at the moment I don't have the possibility to change the card.

I assume that on resubscription, it will fail and Premium is going to be stopped. That would not a be an issue, as I would renew immediately (someway or another) - But I think that the collected benefits are gone....

Cubic, im assuming you will lose the abilty to pay directly via card so will need to top up the hc for premium as i have lost the abilty to pay directly for premium and can only do it via hc

So you paid with CC and after expiration, it switched to payment with HC? Did you do something or was this automatically done? Did you have an interruption? All collected benefits remained active?

Hi, I have a complaint about the player Devogorgon Capital [281:153:4], who attacked my defenseless recycles after they have left the sector. I first thought that this was not allowed by he game's rules, e.g. I could not really believe my eyes. Teen, it appeared that they player hijacked the rules and lighted-in 20 cruisers onto my poor two recycles. It happed by the location of Planet Colony [281:155:9].
