PS this is not a bit or moan, just thoughts.

If you want to keep players, who may or may not spend money, then best to try to work to keep them.
When they get wiped out like this, they will not want to spend any more money,

Hard way? You're talking about situations when a player P: 1,888,297 wipes someone P: 106,451?? The fact that it's possible causes people to stop playing. Besides, it's beneath the dignity of the player and should be punished by losing points, not rewarded. The game is going downhill fast.

Then tell this developer to try to fight someone at his level because fighting someone 100x weaker is a disgrace, not an honor, and it's as small as someone who does it. I wonder what such a developer will say if someone 100x stronger punches him in the face? Here comes the loud laughter :P :P good luck in real life
