I propose adding the "Indulgence" function to Premium, let's call it conditionally, so that a banned Czech could get an unban for a one-time purchase of an annual Premium subscription (but only for real tugriks, of course, hides are not quoted) but with the condition that in the event of a repeated violation of the CA, his account will simply be deleted. And so that this wonderful innovation is in demand for any violations, violators should be given a permanent ban, so that they would not do it again. What benefit will this bring to the project, only advantages, there won't be any of this gossip that one gets a year, another one gets 3, and another one gets 10. Everyone gets a permanent sentence, but with the right to a second chance for "Indulgence" = Justice.
