visual battle notification does not trigger, UI irregularity.

Description:
Intermittently, and only at zerg I have noticed sometimes instead of the flight card turning red on combat initiation, instead I get a dropdown "In the battle"
, and clicking that opens a timer. clicking the eye will still get me into battle mode, but the visual cue is a nice thing and I miss it.
I've had this happen on both phone and PC which use different browsers.
Actions required to repeat the problem:
Im not entirely sure, but fighting with zerg seems key, maybe. so far it seems maybe half the time it happens.

Seems like that issue is gone or morphed, now I get stale fleets remaining on the flight menu and the overhead warning lights till I manually refresh the page.
Ie. I'll have a pirate fleet in my HO trigger the red warning, dispatch a fleetonto kill and recycle it, and a half hour after it's been killed, red warning still shows 1 enemy fleet till I reload the page.
