the screen show right side of my flight window.
I have absolute no Idea  - for what is it, what does it show ?
The numbers are changing, if I select some ships.
but I have no Idea what it shows, or for what is it good for.

It shows how many ships are required to transport the specified resources. When clicked, will select a specified number of ships.
