See it is not 9% per level Speed bonus
It is just 9 % from BASE speed every level.
THAT IS STATIK 13.5 and not dynamic 9%.
Thats total wrong.
Grigorij Perelman would get red in face.
Your bank accaunt should also have YOUR
interest rates calculation. you start accaunt with 100 rubel,
what ever you have on accaunt, it grows just 5 rubel a year. Hahahaha.
Than you maybe calculate right in real.
Maybe it is a translation fail. But I guess you love
this kind of calculation.
I just wish to buy a house from russian admins.
It just has half costs.
Funny, buying HC the russian TAX is calculated correct.
All other calc is similar wrong.

but they just calculate static 13.5 speed grow each level.
That is a difference.
I guess no one would buy HC for 13.5 more speed.
They think 9 % looks better.
