The amount of falling out of destroyed fleet into debris was increased from 25 to 30%, but basic level of fleet recovery was reduced from 25% to 20 18%.
The delay of changes in % of debris in some battles is possible due to new settings of SB4.

Protector cost was increased from 150 to 175 HC and will be increased to 250.

Looting penalty was reduced to 25%.
Now looting penalty % is divided into 1.25.
For ex. looting penalty was 50% and now it is 50/1.25=40%

Minimum percentage of debris for the moon-forming was increased by 20%, from 300 000 to 360 000.

Death Star's speed was increased from 3/4 to 4/5.

Dear players, we continue our compensation reforms for "attackers" for improved newbie protection and less profit from asteroids robbery.

penalty robbery does this refer to the fact we in a attack only get 50%! do we now get 75% and leave 25% behind or we get 25% and leave 75%?
a bit of clarity please

A game without protection is a nightmare. I will never buy anymore protectors because they can not help me to protect all my fleet and they are too expensive. 3 days later I will also go on vacation mode and will leave this game. I am fed up with hiding my fleets everyday. New players are here only to grow up armies to feed the older pplayers. No new players will continue after the new player protection time has ended for sure. Wish you good luck but this game has started to die. The online players amount has onlt decreased since I am playing and did not increase. And now we all see that you are under money pressure and try to get the most out of us players before you shut down. Sorry but I will not spend even 1 more penny to this game untill you open a new server for new players or stop the old players to attack new players armies! I will not play for months only to wait for an old player to attack me and destroy all my fleet.

MAZLUMUNAHI, I agree with you, getting 5% more debris doesn't matter much, but getting 25 or 100 HC more is a big deal, not for those Who spends money in the game. You are try to help strong players stronger and weak player weaker, and you call it 'BALANCE'. That is no balance, It is imbalance. you left no way to play this game without using money, I never used a money in this game and never gonna be.

So, you continuosly decrease the protector, making almost useless and now increase the cost? I wish you all administrators rot in hell. Seriously.

ok;we still see only "balances" that benifit the strong old russian players that started here from the beta server....benifiting only strong attackers....
falling derbis increased by 5% while fleet recovery decreased by 5%??,how is that balance so more for the attacker ;lesser for the defender(good way to help the strong),balance will be like 5% more derbis and 5% more recovery for defender...your "witty" balance would only be good for the attacker

the protector is just LOL...good way to reap money out of newcomers,and piss off any "low budget" spender

looting penalty?that is only ative when it's an attack vs an active defender....ok how far are you gonna rape the weaker players?
so my only option is EXPEDITION or send on long flights my fleet at any given 15 minutes where i will be absent (cuz obviously with my weaker terran weps tech,more alluring derbis of fleet)
deathstar speed increase ,again let's boost the ol' russian players,and rape any new comer (although this is not something so bad compared to the rest,since rarely someone moves a Battlestar over the galaxy for no reason)
