Vespene reactor production, Vespene reactor production is far below stated values

Description:
According to the write up; See: Screenshot. A level 10 Vespene Reactor, on a human account, should produce 9,916 in energy.
Instead it is producing 3529, which is the number that I found listed on my Xerj account.
Is this a Bug or an oversight in updating documentation? If this lower output is the 'New' standard, then it makes the Reactor obsolete.

Your screenshot has values with all bonuses applied. If you're looking at “Resources” table or on xerj account that doesn't have bonuses, you'll see base energy production, in accordance with the formula (80*10*1.16^10 = 3 529,148). Resource table lists base values first and then shows bonuses separately; you can also see base values in info tables if you click “production/hour” header.
