Pirate OPS fights back and Counterattack power
Instead of giving a stupidly overpowered attack boost to pirate OPS, make it so that the attack boost depends on how many stations are firing at the pirate OPS.
1 station = pirate does 1x damage
10 stations = attack boost is 10x
25 stations = pirate counterattack is 25x
This is a lot more balanced than whatever we have right now, and this is far better outcome for newer players who only have a few guns.
