Income of recources from Planetary Ripper and Ruby , Diamond , Emerald Artifacts has been greаtly nerfed.
Artifacts gives +1% of income of appropriate recourse.
Each new Reaper decreases income of the next one. Also diametre efforts on met and min production (better on the small planets).

Bonuses from basic teches are nerfed on 20% (10% for 1 lvl --> 8, 5% --> 4)

MUDKIP deals damage to heavy armor x2

SCAVENGER costs now 50 gas less.

Fuel usage is increased.

Speed of the most mobile fleet is increased.

Some interface changes.

Experimental studies (sharpening) are complicated.

One more time: there are no pirates NET-locatiot. So its almost impossible to pass missions where pirates take part.

You can't use H crystals that you've got as a mentor till your padavan will get 50 000 25 000 points.

i do have one question,
since there are no pirates anywhere to be found but only 1 to 50 as you said, and resourses production is so low even on the levels above 30, simple calculation would say that you need months in order to increase 1 level of any mine above certain level...

now, is there possibility that pirates will be back to the rest of us, or this is the end of the game....

not to mention when you att someone, then there is nice trick called robbing losses which goes to up 50% of the possibility you were trying to obtain, therefore even this option is out of the question, since every player is so far away that for your fleet you need milions of gas.

in short, does these changes mean that from now on this game is only for those players above 1 or even 2 m points, and the rest of us can nicely go on holiday and hope that in year or two some things will go back to normal?

Also, there is a new mission - Planet takeover.
But it still have some bugs.

Now you can send your fleet to ACS Defend to Coordinates above banned players and those who are in VACATION MODE over 28 days


Meaning of Actual values of units are in progress.

If somebody fly to Coordinates with your Asteroid or Planet - you will see this fleet.
If there is only your Moon or Insectoid entity - you will not see such fleets.
This hint has some discussing points. So it can be changed soon.
