What I would like to know is why was the production reduced and increased the cost of a Protector form 50 HC to 100 HC?

At least have the honesty and decency to explain why the cost of production was reduced. Every week we are hit with something new.
Short term strategy: Give users a boost for a day or two that will shut them up.
Long term strategy: Reduce the cost of mine production by 20% and increase HC items by 100%.

Do you really think we are that stupid that we do not know your strategy into coercing players to buy HC so someone gets his bonus by end of the year?

I keep saying, you can change the rules of the game, but you do not play with peoples income. This game is advertised as free game online. If you cant afford to keep the developers happy, nor the cost of the server services or the running cost of your operations, turn it into a subscription fee and stop dicking with our income. What you are doing is just messing with players.

To start from ZERO? Are you out of your mind? This feature should be introduced to advanced players or alliance leaders who can sum up fleets. But users like us, that is crap and blackmail. I will not be coerced into buying HC just so I can buy fleets. I do not support blackmail in any way, shape or form. If this cant be fixed, I rather start playing EVE online. Soon other players will follow.
