Восстановление происходит с 10-кратной скоростью от скорости строительства. Вопрос в том, что первым начнёт восстаналиваться, если это будет планетарная защита, то можно успеть несколько волн провести, если это ракетница, то она восстановиться очень быстро. Лучше иметь боевые юниты в составе всех волн, чтоб иметь возможность нейтрализовать небольшое количество восстановившейся обороны.

You can phalanx fleet flying from planets. If you have Emperor you can phalanx asteroids and coordinates. Fleet flying from moon and entity cannot be seen by phalanx.

The thickness of pirates on the server is increased,  but the number of their bases is reduced.
