The Bugs forum thread is not just for reporting bugs to the administration. It is intended to solve technical problems encountered in the game. Photo in player profifle
The user on whose account the problem was detected:

Date or time of the incident (according to server time):
Description:
The photo added from phone to player profile is rotated , when I add it here is normal
Edit so when I added the photo it was normal, then it flipped after making topic

Doesn't look that 'normal' to me.
Please edit the photo before uploading and make sure there's no weird image metadata interference.

Not sure how? Everywhere else it uploads normally, photo was taken with front camera, with phone upright

It actually works on forum (if you click it, it will rotate), but not in gallery. I guess gallery doesn't use original image, so metadata about rotation is lost.
Can't help with editors on phones, but on PC Gimp should be powerful enough to deal with that.
