Occupying fleets fail to reveal planet below, display error

Description:
A fleet sentto high orbit reveals the planet below.
Here is the galaxy view once I've occupied that planet
Obviously I know where it is, I occupied it 15 minutes ago, and my ship is there.
Why can't I send another ship to join the party?
That I can send a fleet from the occupation into occupy at the same now invisible planet also supports that I know exactly where itis, and should see it in the galaxy view.
