Seems to be a bug with the Telepathist on the Toss account. The arrival time is not shown correctly. Here are 3 examples:

It looks like time points when these fleets were put on hold at their respective coordinates. Which uses a bit of confusing wording (that event already happened, not “will happen”), but should be showing correct time of the event. The same can be seen for player's own fleets, where one doesn't even need Telepathist.

I expected it to show a time within 6 hours of server time because that's how long pirates stay on coordinates, right? Shouldn't it show the actual time they arrived?
The first one at 475:115:7 shows that it has been on coordinates for 17 hours...

That's PM time, so it was actually there for 5 hours (I'm assuming you are using server timezone).

They should stay for 6 hours, yes. But the times shown are seem to be within that interval. (You should be able to switch date-time format in Options, if AM/PM time is not your preferred format.)

When the fleet is already at it's target, it will show zero. Since pirate fleets already spawn at their target, 0 is intended.
